“Visited to give me a quote within 2 days of call. Work carried out approx 10 days later to suit my schedule. I was not at the property during the work and returned home to find everywhere clean and tidy. The roof had been replaced with a neat lead trim and surrounds to the window finished with a smart UPVC border.

I cannot recommend JB Roofing enough. After having a disastrous experience with a previous builder who did a poor job on my roof, I was incredibly nervous about choosing someone to rectify the issues. Thankfully, JB Roofing were absolutely phenomenal. What stood out: Professional & Approachable: From the start, they were easy to talk to and put me completely at ease regarding the repairs. Highly Knowledgeable: It was clear from their assessment that they are experts in their field; they took the time to explain everything clearly. Quality Workmanship: They did a truly excellent job fixing the problems left behind by the previous builder. Peace of Mind: What really set them apart for me was the warranty and the money-back guarantee they offered—it gave me the confidence I needed to move forward. Industry Standards: It was a huge relief to find a company that is part of the National Federation of Roofing Contractors (NFRC), which gave me extra confidence in their credibility and standards.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We recently had a full new roof installed on our property in Tatsfield and couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, the team were professional, reliable, and clearly very experienced in their trade. They took the time to explain the whole process, helped us choose the right materials, and made sure everything was done to a very high standard. The site was kept tidy throughout, and they completed the work on schedule without any hassle. The finished roof looks fantastic and has completely transformed the appearance of our home. It’s clear that a lot of care and attention to detail went into the job. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for roofing work in Tatsfield or the surrounding areas.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently had my roof completely replaced, including new fascias and gutters, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, the team were professional, reliable, and clearly knew their trade inside out. The work was carried out on my property in Croydon, using Redland plain tiles, and the finish looks absolutely fantastic — it’s completely transformed the appearance of the house. They kept everything tidy throughout the job, communicated well at every stage, and completed the work on time as promised. The new fascias and guttering have made a huge difference as well, both in terms of appearance and peace of mind knowing everything is now properly installed. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality roofing company. A great job all round. RebeccaPosted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a very similar experience to David, last reviewer. Other roofers where just not focused on solving our issue as opposed to maximising their profit on the job. JB Good offered great service, efficient and focused on solving the problem.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Similar to Frances's review above. The property had a slow leak earlier in the year. I contacted other roofers who quoted high prices, and even more worryingly wanted to start work without actually getting on the roof to try and identify the problem. Some even claimed to be able to diagnose over the phone. John and the team came out and did it properly. It was a small repair, but when it's time to re-do that roof, JB will be the first company I callPosted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Consistently good quality workPosted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently moved into a new property only to discover I had a leaking skylight. It was a real struggle to find any roofing company who would agree to repair it and fit a new skylight, I contacted loads who either never got back to me, quoted me a ridiculous price or said they couldn't complete the works for three months! Eventually I found JB roofing through a neighbour recommendation and they were great - they got back to me quickly, came round for an assessment and repair and fitted a new skylight promptly for a reasonable price. I couldn't recommend them more.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great service from start to finish. The team was professional, turned up on time, and did a solid job with no mess left behind. Roof looks great and everything was explained clearly. Would happily recommend to others.Posted on Google
