First the roof was stripped and then felt and battened using breathable felt. The roofers then re-tiled it in Redland 49 tiles and installed Redland ridge and hip ridge tiles. New valleys were also installed, along with lead flashing. The customer was then given a 25 year guarantee and as you will see from the before and after pictures, the roof looks really smart and has greatly improved the appearance of the house.
